This policy explains how Appmigo ("Appmigo", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website and/or use the games and applications offered by Appmigo, including: • Speed Memory Challenge (package: com.appmigo.speedmemorychallenge) • Tile Debt (package: com.appmigo.tiledebt) (collectively, the "Games" or "Services"). We do not collect Personal Information unless you voluntarily provide it to us (for example, by contacting us via email or the contact form). Non-Personal Information: Information that does not specifically identify an individual, such as device model, operating system version, IP address, browser type, and app usage data. The Company may gather Non-Personal Information such as how many people visit the website, the pages they visit, and the type of browser they used. Usage Information: Data and information collected automatically through the Games or through third-party analytics service providers, including system administrative data, statistical and demographic data, and operational information characterizing the use of the Games, such as game scores, progress, levels completed, and achievements. Appmigo gives you control over the information you provide. Here is what we collect: When You Contact Us: If you email us at support.appmigo@gmail.com, use our website contact form, or request account deletion, we collect the contact information you provide (such as your email address) solely to respond to your request. We do not sell or share this information. When You Play Our Games: The Games store game data (scores, progress, settings) locally on your device. We do not store this data on our servers. Device Permissions: The Games request the following permissions: • Internet Access: Required for game functionality • Vibration: For haptic feedback during gameplay We do not collect precise location data, contacts, SMS/call data, photos, microphone, or camera data. No Account Creation: Our Games do not require or support account creation. All game data is stored locally on your device. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information such as your name, email address, or phone number unless you voluntarily contact us. Advertising (via Unity Ads): Our Games display advertisements served by Unity Ads, an advertising platform provided by Unity Technologies. When ads are shown, Unity Ads may collect and use data including device identifiers (such as the Google advertising ID), IP address, app usage data, general location data (country/region level only), and device information (model, OS version) in order to serve, measure, and improve ads. We do not store this advertising data on our servers. Our Games do not force ads — rewarded ads are optional and user-initiated for bonuses.

Speed Memory Challenge is designed for a general audience and may be used by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13. For Speed Memory Challenge, we comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play's Families policies. We do not collect personal information from children. Tile Debt is not directed at children under the age of 13 and is intended for a general audience aged 13 and above. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. We recommend that minors over the age of 13 ask their parents for permission before sending any information about themselves over the Internet.

We do not sell or rent your Personally Identifiable Information to any third party. We may use Non-Personal and Usage Information to: • Operate, manage, and maintain the Games and Services • Resolve any glitches or technical problems • Improve the Games, Services, and content • Create internal reports and aggregate analytics • Provide and improve customer support Advertisements: Our Games use Unity Ads (Unity Technologies) to display advertisements. The following ad formats are used: • Banner advertisements • Interstitial advertisements • Rewarded video advertisements - User-initiated for bonuses (hints, time boosts, freeze time, extra coins) Unity Ads may collect and use data including device identifiers (such as the Google advertising ID), IP address, app usage data, general location data (country/region level only), and device information (model, OS version) to serve, measure, and personalize ads. Consent: Where required (for example under the GDPR), we request consent for personalized advertising using Google's consent management tooling (for example, the User Messaging Platform) in accordance with applicable law. Users can decline personalized advertising at any time. Push Notifications: Our Games do not send push notifications. Legal Compliance: We may access, preserve, and disclose any Information we may have about you if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access, preservation, or disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with legal process (such as a subpoena or court order), to protect our rights and property or that of our affiliates or the public, or when there is a violation of our Terms of Service.

Opting Out of Personalized Ads: You can opt out of personalized advertising by: • Visiting Google Ads Settings: https://adssettings.google.com • Resetting your advertising ID in your device settings • Enabling "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on your Android device • Declining consent requests where presented Uninstall: You can stop all collection of information by the Games at any time by uninstalling them. You may use the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or via the application marketplace. Account Deletion: Our Games do not offer account creation, and we do not store personal data on our servers. However, if you have contacted us or provided us with personal information and wish to have it deleted, you can request complete deletion of your data at: https://appmigo.vercel.app/account-deletion or by emailing privacy@appmigo.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days and permanently delete your data, except where we are required to retain certain data for legitimate legal, security, or regulatory reasons, in which case we will inform you of the applicable retention period. Account freezing is not used as a substitute for deletion.

Google Play requires every app to complete and maintain an accurate Data safety section in the Play Console. The declarations in our Data safety section are consistent with the disclosures in this Privacy Policy. For each game, our Data safety section discloses the types of data collected and how that data is used and shared. This privacy policy is available at a publicly accessible, non-geofenced URL and is not editable by users.

We do not sell or share any Personally Identifiable Information with third parties. Our Games do not provide any Personally Identifiable Information to third parties. Advertising Partners: When ads are shown in our Games, non-personal identifiers (such as the Google advertising ID) and app activity data may be shared with Unity Ads (Unity Technologies) and its advertising partners for ad serving, measurement, and fraud prevention. You can delete this data at any time by uninstalling the Games or clearing app data from your device settings. Information you provide to us directly (such as support inquiries) is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was provided, after which it is deleted. If we need to retain certain data for legitimate reasons such as security, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance, we will clearly inform you of the applicable retention period.
